ArtHaus is pleased to welcome past Slam winner and ArtHaus teaching artist JUNE MELBY as this month's featured artist. Her writing has been heard on NPR and published by Water~Stone Review and National Lampoon Magazine, among others.
June will kick off the evening, performing some of her own work, and then it's YOUR turn! Perform two minutes or less of your own poetry in "Original Voices," or compete in the "Slam" (a good-natured contest complete with prizes and Applause-o-Meter).
